Scaloppine dell’osteria / Tavern cutlets***
Warm up in a pan the same amount of butter and olive oil and place a little bit floured thin slices of pork or veal lean. Brown and then salt.Add to each slice a teaspoon of The Excellence Riserva 20. Make the vinegar evaporate and dilute little by little with a cup of broth. Let it evaporate and serve it warm with mashed potatoes or boiled vegetables. Accompany it with a Leonardi Malbo Gentile of Modena (18-20°C)
